What the $350 audit memos against — before you enter an email

Four deterministic scan flags from the canonical-three seeded fixtures. Rerun with your own letter in one click; the email gate fires only on Stripe-purchase, Stripe-redeem, PDF, or save.

Flag 1 of 4 · validation timing
§1692g(a) · 22 days since notice, 8 days remaining

Validation timing

The seeded validation notice was mailed 22 days ago; eight days remain in the §1692g(a) validation period. The matter is dispatch-clear on the deterministic floor — no visible-defect paraphrase trips the rule, and the codified rule status reads VERIFIED.

Sourced from the seeded CLEAN_VALIDATION_WINDOW fixture narrative.

Flag 2 of 4 · TCPA window
§227(b)(1)(C) · 8 AM – 9 PM local

TCPA window

Every SMS touch is window-checked against the consumer-local time-zone reading on the matter. The seeded dispute fixture (“respond by 5 PM tonight”) trips the 47 USC §227(b)(1)(C) out-of-window call and is dispatch-blocked on the deterministic floor.

Sourced from the seeded MISSING_EVIDENCE_DISPUTE fixture + voice-script pane chip.

Flag 3 of 4 · evidence chain
opening → closing → hash

Evidence chain

Every audit row carries a synthetic timestamp, an actor, a statute cite, a rationale, and an outcome. The hash-chain head is the deterministic derivative of the full row set — a single non-sterile edit cascades the chain forward and the partner-visible CTA flips red.

Flag 4 of 4 · Mini-Miranda coverage
15 USC §1692e(11)

Mini-Miranda coverage

The seeded BLOCKED_VISIBLE_DEFECT fixture omits the §1692e(11) safe-harbor in its opening block — the Mini-Miranda disclosure is missing before the visible-defect call. The reviewer trips a Mini-Miranda coverage citation alongside the visible-defect floor.

Apply your Letter Risk Audit credit

What the credit covers

  • Full audit amount ($350) credited toward a Supervised Design-Partner Pilot ($1,500 list) — buyer pays $1,150 at Stripe.
  • Eligible when the pilot booking lands within 14 days of the original audit purchase, evaluated server-side at the moment of redemption.
  • One credit per audit purchase. No stacking, no rollover, no partial application.

What the credit does not cover

  • Any other product line — only the Supervised Design-Partner Pilot ($1,500 → $1,150) is eligible for credit application.
  • Matters that begin past the 14-day window — the credit expires at the UTC instant computed at earn time.
  • Refunds or partial refunds — the credit is a pricing mechanic, not a deposit; refund handling runs through Polsia support.

14-day window — UTC

The credit expires 14 days after your Letter Risk Audit purchase, at the same UTC instant. Type the email used at audit checkout — eligibility is verified server-side.

Counsel/PM-approved terms

  • Counsel/PM-approved. The 14-day deadline and credit amount are codified in this app and reviewed at every release.
  • Single use. The credit cannot be split across multiple pilot bookings, nor transferred to another buyer.
  • Email-keyed — the credit is bound to the email captured by Stripe at audit purchase. A different email at redemption will return no-credit.
  • No production write-back — the agreement that governs the pilot is the public one-pager on /pilots/agreement.

Synthetic or redacted matter files only. Attorney-gated. No production write-back. The credit is a pricing mechanic; the full pilot agreement governs.
