PILOT — Pick a flow. Both require supervisor acknowledgement before any simulated vendor round trip is staged; production execution is not evidenced.

PILOT — Receipts are supervised and simulated until production evidence exists. Acknowledge before each execution.

PILOT — Dispatch is only proposed after the e-filing receipt publishes a simulated successful court of record.
