Printable cheat sheet
Four beats the founder reads in the next 30 seconds after a visitor takes the QR. Print at 100% on Letter; flip the cheat sheet over the laptop and read it aloud — the stage tone is conversational, not performative.
Beat 1
“Scan this QR with your phone — it opens the kit page I just walked you through, and we will keep the same conversation going there.”
Beat 2
“Everything I just demoed uses a synthetic or redacted matter file — the letter, the validation window, and the audit trail stay inside this public preview.”
Beat 3
“Tell me whether a synthetic or redacted example matches your workflow, and we will review the same loop together — no commitment.”
Beat 4
“If a slot shows up tonight, scan the Book QR. Otherwise scan the sandbox QR and run the synthetic seven-twelve-AM scenario in the public sandbox — it does not promise persisted memory or production write-back.”
Each beat is approximately 15 seconds spoken aloud; the full four-beat arc runs about one minute — leave room for a question and the close.
Section 1 of 4
Four cards per page. Print, tear along the perforation, hand one to every visitor who stops at the booth. Plain URLs for the prospect; tagged URLs for the founder so attribution flows back into ROI when the deck reconciles.
Six synthetic FDCPA scenarios. No account, no email.

Tip: print at 100% on Letter; each card is sized to leave a quarter-inch trim margin.
Section 2 of 4
Read one of the two cards below depending on the visitor's badge. The opener is your first line out loud; the hook is the 30-second version after the flicker of interest; the pitch is the one-paragraph value-prop. Close with the call-to-action that matches the angle.
Opening · 15s
You write the validation notice, then someone in the queue opens Outlook and accidentally drops the Mini-Miranda. We make that mistake expensive to make.
Hook · 30s
The public walkthrough shows a validation workflow with each validation-period day visible and the applicable federal rule references easy to inspect. The coverage page separates verified federal scope from the TX + FL + CA complaint-template pilot.
Value-prop · one paragraph
Pleadwright presents the initial validation notice, follow-up cadence, and dispute-response path for the verified federal scope — 15 U.S.C. § 1692g, § 1692e disclosures, and 12 C.F.R. Part 1006. The public preview uses synthetic or redacted matter files, and attorney review remains required before any consequential action.
Ask at the close
Hand them the demo QR and say: "Choose a synthetic or redacted demo file and we will walk the next letter together. Twenty minutes, no commitment."
Opening · 15s
A client walks in with a debt-collection letter and a phone number that called them at 7:42 AM. We turn that fact pattern into a statute-aware review path for § 1692c and § 1692e.
Hook · 30s
The public walkthrough uses a synthetic or redacted intake and shows how the verified federal FDCPA and TCPA scope maps to a complaint review. The coverage page separates that scope from the TX + FL + CA complaint-template pilot.
Value-prop · one paragraph
Pleadwright organizes the timeline, intake notes, disputed letter, and call log into a reviewable draft with statute references and an evidence trail. The sandbox is synthetic or redacted and simulation-only; attorney review is required before any filing or external action.
Ask at the close
Hand them the sandbox QR and say: "Scan this, run the synthetic seven-twelve-AM scenario, and tell me whether the review path matches your workflow."
Section 3 of 4
Seven steps. Read the narration verbatim; glance at the on-screen line for the action that accompanies each beat. Total runtime ≈ 10 minutes; leaves a clean 10 minutes for questions before the close.
Step 1
“A short walkthrough. One synthetic or redacted debt-collection matter file. I am going to show the first draft, the evidence receipt, and the review trail on this machine.”
On screen
Stand at the laptop. Acknowledge the projector. Do not login yet.
Step 2
“What you are about to see is not a slideshow. The intake fields that follow are the ones I pulled out of the workflow when I built this company.”
On screen
Open Pleadwright at /matters/new. Pause on the empty intake form.
Step 3
“Step one — synthetic intake. Five facts: creditor, original balance, last payment date, jurisdiction, and the timeline represented in the example. We do not need anything else up front.”
On screen
Fill the intake fields. Read each one aloud as you type.
Step 4
“Step two — draft. Watch the model. It shows the applicable verified rule references, lays in the validation notice, and keeps the § 1692e disclosures with the template rather than as an afterthought.”
On screen
Click Draft. Wait for the green checkmark.
Step 5
“Step three — audit. The preview attaches a hash and timestamp to the artifacts shown. Reopen the synthetic example and the audit view keeps the same evidence envelope; nothing is dispatched or written back to a production system.”
On screen
Click Audit. Highlight the dispatch receipt.
Step 6
“Choose a synthetic or redacted example for the walkthrough and we will run the same review loop together. Attorney review remains required before any consequential action.”
On screen
Hand them the demo QR card. Pause.
Step 7
“If the answer is "send me the deck", scan the second card — that one goes to the public sandbox. Synthetic scenarios, no email required.”
On screen
Hand the sandbox QR card. Step back from the laptop.
Section 4 of 4
Six templates covering the same-evening outreach and the slow-burn follow-ups at day 3 and day 14. Each card has two affordances — Copy drops the entire message into your clipboard (subject line where applicable), and Open mail opens your mail handler with a mailto: pre-filled for the email kinds. Swap the{placeholder}tokens before sending; the copy buttons send the template as written.

Pleadwright — the synthetic demo we discussed
Body
Hi {first},
Thanks for the conversation at Brainstorm 2026 today. Per our time at the booth, here is the longer version of what we walked through.
When a debt-collection workflow reaches the validation window, the public preview shows the applicable FDCPA rule references, draft structure, and evidence receipt. It uses synthetic or redacted matter files, stays simulation-only, and requires attorney review before any consequential action.
If you want to see it on a synthetic or redacted example, hit reply and we will set up a fifteen-minute walkthrough this week. No deck, no commitment.
Best,

Following up on the Pleadwright walkthrough
Body
Hi {first},
Following up on the walkthrough we queued at Brainstorm 2026. Did the scheduler link reach you? If a different slot is easier this week, just reply with a time and I will hold it.
If the booth chat was the limit of your interest right now — also fine. The sandbox at {sandbox_url} stays open if you ever want to see the model without a meeting.

Slow-burn — Quick Pleadwright sandbox refresher
Body
Hi {first},
No reply required. A short note in case the booth conversation at Brainstorm 2026 is still on your list.
The public sandbox at {sandbox_url} shows the current federal review path, the TX + FL + CA complaint-template pilot note, and the audit-export boundary.
If the timing opens up, the scheduler link from my earlier note still works.
